Cutting Board Finishing Touch
I built a few cutting boards and after sanding I applied a few coats of Caron & Doucet Oil. Then a few days later I applied the cutting board wax, a couple coats. These boards look awesome now, very pleased with the C & D products. I tried warming the wax up a bit to make it easier to apply as the wax is fairly hard, but well worth the work.

Great product! (Buy wax AND oil)
We bought the oil separately for our cutting boards and wooden / bamboo kitchen products which were all very dry and starting to crack. The oil worked wonders but would wash off after a ise or two and have to be re-applied (which should have been expected!). Be sure to buy this wax too- they definitely go hand in hand. It has been staying on and keeping the boards oiled. They have a lovely smooth feel and are keeping their rich coloured looks. Happy healthy cutting boards. This is our number one choice because of the great ingredients and how well it works.
