Replacement part

After 20 years had to replace the part due to slight leakage. New part installed and worked perfectly. I was told that you do not ship to post office boxes and your web site does not allow a PO Box to be entered. And then you ship the part by USPS which does not deliver to my street address and returns the package as undeliverable.

Don't forget to flush your angle stops!

When replacing our countertops I did not cover my angle stops/supply valves. Some construction dust must have collected in the valves and before I reconnected my faucet I didn't flush them out. Dirt collected in the coupler and there is just no way to clean it out. It is a backflow preventer as well as a flow restrictor so it is a pretty complicated small piece of equipment. I called Grohe and they said there really is no way to clean it out, but ordering a new one was easy. There are several different types but it was easy to identify which one I needed. It comes out and goes back in with no tools in just minutes. Once replaced my faucet was back to normal with good flow. I'm so glad that they had these couplers available.
