I was supposed to receive the product the next day, but I was told there would be a slight delay. After chatting with support, I found out the item was actually on backorder and would take about 10 days. I was asked if I wanted to wait or get a refund. I said it was fine and that I'd wait — but later, I was informed the product was no longer available. :(
