Cod Liver Oil is an alternative to fish oil - and this one doe not have vit A added, which I do not understand why other brands add the artificially produced A to the oil...

This particular Cod Liver Oil was recommended by my natropath. I usually buy this oil in a bottle but i find that the capsules are good to use when travelling.
