The packaging is big and lasts me for months - good price for the quality. Capsules are easy to swallow despite their size. I have noticed benefits of increased energy soon after starting to take them in combination with other oils.

My husband and I have been using Bluebonnet supplements for a long time. The company makes quality products and its flax seed oil is a large capsule but very easy to swallow. It is non-GMO and organic . Made in the USA
