Helps with joints and stuff

I've noticed a difference in the fluidity of my joints after using this regularly for over a month now. Soil depletion means that we don't get the amounts of sulfur we need from foods and it is vital for immune system response, healthy joints, collagen production, healthy hair, skin, eyes, and more. The quality of Carlson supplements is evident. This supplement is even more necessary as we age. There is no taste or after taste which is nice

Love this brand of Sulfur

Carlson quality is one of the best brands here on iHerb. It's never let me down from fish oil to zinc to this MSM. After taking this, I noticed a difference in the quality of my nails along with faster growth. My hair and skin also benefits as an added bonus. The main ingredient optiMSM is a trustworthy source of MSM.

Noticeable improvement in Hair and Nails

About ten years ago, I used MSM daily with good results. At some point, I stopped using it and forgot about it. Since I trust Carlson, I decided to try their brand of MSM. Overall, I'm impressed by the quality and will continue to take at least 1 capsule a day. I've seen faster hair and nail growth, along with healthier hair and nails. This is enough of a positive effect for me to prove that it works.
