Dead on Arrival

The drive came DOA. The only thing that worked was the power indicator light. There was never even any sound of the drive trying to spin up. I tried connecting to different USB ports, and a different computer and power outlet, but it remained hopeless. The large storage space (16 Terabytes) to price ratio was great. However, it is not clear if reliability has caught up to the capacity.
