This is great looking carpet, as long as you don't walk or sit on it! The loom isn't perfect, and the amount of shedding is unbelievable. I only vacuum it on it's highest setting, so as not to cause damage, yet it pills terribly. This is in our family room, but there are only 2 of us in the house, so not overly used. No, I don't recommend this carpet.
