First let me say Ive worn these slippers for many years. I had ordered the satin Isotoner ballerina slippers with the tie bow and they were cut way shorter in the back, didn't stay on and I had to return. But I decided to try the slippers (same ones) with the flat bow and they are cut the way they should be in the back, perfect!
