Having high blood pressure and being on medication the only product out there is Coriciden it's unfortunately at a premium price. The Equate brand doesn't make me dizzy however i do break a tablet in half and it works great. After several days it will give you a false sense of energy and when you stop taking it because you feel better you'll want to sleep or nap so i try not to over use it. It works for me

I have bought the Tylenol brand of these before which costs $4 more which is ridiculous when it's the same medicine, just name brand. I only buy name brand when it's something that I know is better quality than off brands, namely toilet paper. Getting back to this medicine, it works the best for those pesky sinus pressure headaches I get from time to time and knock it out within the hour. For the price, one cannot pass that up.
