It definitely puts me to sleep but I stay asleep I don't Ross and turn or wake up throughout the night I stay I'm REM sleep the whole night, and I give bonus is this doesn't give me strange dreams like most sleeping aids do. The ingredients are all clean so I don't feel guilty taking these. My husband is a miner and his sleep schedule is all over the place as well and they work great for him as well I'll definitely purchase some more!
