Keepsake Personalized Family Jewelry Adoring Mother's Birthstone Ring available in Gold over Sterling Silver, Yellow and White Gold

I customized and created this ring as a class ring for my Bachelors Degree university. The only reason I didn't order my actual school ring was due to the $700 price tag and the basic design. So I took what normally was a mother's birthstone ring and turned it into my class ring. I wanted the gold look, but could not afford the full gold price (college student here). My mistake. I have only had it 8 months and the gold is wearing so that silver is visible on the band and on the top where the engravings are! I can tell you I am not rough on my jewelry. I take it off when I shower or do any major cleaning in order to preserve it. I will be calling Walmart customer service tonight!

I was super excited that I had for the exact same design as a ring I had worn for 20 years, but mysteriously lost off my finger. We wanted to get this at Christmas, but it was out of stock. It came back in and was going to be available for my birthday, so I ordered it. I was super careful to put the stones in the correct order, do the upgrade, and list my boys' names in the right places. I was beyond disappointed when I got the ring and the names were all on one side instead of one on each side of the stones! I would include a photo, but I returned the ring right away, per customer service. Customer service did verify that I had ordered correctly and it was their fault, but for as long as it took to get it, and the resolution was for me to return the ring and start the process of buying and ordering a whole new ring? Frustrating! I'm only doing it because I can't find this design anywhere else. Hopefully round 2 is correct!
