This ice machine is fantastic! The only reason I only gave if 4 stars is because once the ice is made you have to either use it all or put it in a freezer. This ice machine holds a lot of ice but does not keep it cold—it melts quickly. For me, it's workable and I am still very happy with the machine and would definitely recommend it.
