Effective Menopause Help
After online research in hopes of finding a natural menopause supplement to aid in regulating my mood swings and metabolism, I found all of the positive reviews for Transitions, and taking it has really helped! Infrequent nighttime hot flashes have stopped, my moods are no longer erratic, and I'm no longer drinking prune juice for regularity. I try never to go without it now, and am grateful for everyone who took the time to review it, so I had the confidence to try it. Great product!!
