i am hooked on this oyster sauce its the taste I've been trying to find for years, i now make pork or chicken or shrimp fried rice or use top ramen noodles with one of those proteins, frozen peas and carrots also, i use small amount of this sauce along with gv teriyaki sauce no soy sauce cause the two sauces are abit salty, i adjust the sauces to taste alittle at a time, luv fried rice and no longer have to go out buy it, happy luv my fried rice and no longer have to go buy it.

Hmm? As to Spicy- I didn't find it so? As to, an important addition to your Asian cooking. (don't cheat yourselves on this-if you can?). In the pass, have skipped over adding. Think I wouldn't like it or doesn't real need it. : O It's that completed taste, that restaurant food has, that yours might be missing. Lee (have to remove company name-sensitive language) Company, has been around for a while.(always hear a sponsor plug for them at the ending of cooking shows on PBS). ; ) YES, I would recommend this product.
