Nice set, but don't pay for assembly

Do not purchase the “have it assembled” option. We bought 2 sets %26 paid $99 each set for assembly. A 2 man crew showed up %26 were only able to assemble 1. They said Angi's List only gives them a 3 hour allotment of time so we were left to put the entire other set together. The set they put together wasn't done properly and they left off a piece that stabilized one of the chairs and stripped every bolt making it difficult to fix what was wrong. I will be requesting a refund of the assembly charge that didn't get done. As for the set itself I really like it. Good quality and very nice.

Assembly has been tough, some hardware was not usable. The cushions are lacking compared to my other sectional with 4 inch cushions, these might make 1.5 to 2 inch at best. Some pieces arrived bent inside the box and tough to assemble without breaking. I'm still hoping for the best.

I really wanted to love this sectional since we are replacing our old one which was very similar to the photo (that lasted over 10 years). I'm going to start with I have reached out via contact seller and have not heard back. I'm going to wait it out a bit. We are disappointed with the quality (very weak), damaged, broken, cushion are not as described or as seen in their photos and mixed-matched wicker (firepit table does not match furniture). Hope to hear back and get things resolved. Will update the review. Arrived on 10/1/2025, wrote review after building it to check quality 10/3/2025
