I bought them because of the reviews, but after I got them, I'm kind of confused now because people are saying that they rubbed it on their bruises and these are pills. How do you rub pills on a bruise? They said to take five of them let them melt under your tongue. You can't rub that on your bruise to help it stop breathing. One person said she had liposuction and she rubbed it on that and it's stopped it from bruising. I just don't understand. The comments seems to be mixed up with another product or the seller stop selling that other product and now changed it to this product, but I figured anything is worth a try because I am in desperate need with muscle pains down my neck into my left arm down to my hand has happened once before about 20 some years ago and I had a slipped disc in my neck so I haven't till I see the doctor and everything I'm going. I'm gonna try this route. I hope it works, but I gave it five stars anyways I've already taken one set of five pills and it actually seemed to have worked about 2 1/2 hours after I took it so we'll see.
