It was super easy to set up. Each piece only took me about 30 minutes, and the instructions were really clear. Plus, there was a YouTube video that showed exactly how to put everything together, step-by-step. I think where most people messed up was tightening all the bolts all the way down. If you watch the video, it basically tells you not to do that. But this product is awesome, and I'd totally recommend it! The only issue I had was that the cushions weren't super thick, but they were good enough. I'll just get new ones if they wear out. Overall, I think it was a great deal for the price.

This is a very nice, good quality material, 3-piece set. The chairs are heavy weight. They have lubed all connections, they included hand tools. The only problem is that there is four fastener connections that are nearly impossible to make. This part should be performed by the manufacturer and not the customer. The customer can get hurt assembling those 4 fasteners. I would redesign the process flow to perform those 4-fastener connections in-house. Other than that, the 3-pieces are well worth the price I paid. Customer: don't tightly fasten the fasteners until all pieces are assembled. The arm faces with the hallow portion on the outside. The bar on the back goes on the inside cushion side. Metal down, not up, following the curve of the arms. There is a step that should be reordered.

Will have to return because bolts do not tighten down. They only go in a few mm then stop not allowing for a sufficient amount of hold on both pieces to hold together. Very discouraging.
