Great for Home Physical Therapy
While I have only just received them, these bands are exactly what I need for home physical therapy after surgery. They are of excellent quality with four different strength bands (red - easiest, green - harder, blue - harder still, black - hardest). The ankle cuffs have good quality Velcro style attachments and metal attachment points for the bands. I'm hopeful they will wear well...giving these an initial review of five stars and will amend if needed after extended use.
