I added this to my home gym on a budget and this is a good option for cheap cardio to start with before you get the bigger ticket items. It was a little long for the roof in our garage so I had to shorten it and tie both sides of the rope which was also fairly easy. I do recommend this rope and It is apart of gym collection equipment.
