Helps aid with restorative sleep
The pure encapsulation Melatonin liquid supplement was just what my husband needs. He works shift work and sometimes has trouble getting rest when at home. He was able to rest without waking out of habit while using this product. The product smell is stronger than the taste of the product. And smell is a light one.

Good sleep
I have some sciatic pain and have a rough time getting comfortable at night. This little bottle of liquid sleep is a big help. I take about 30 minutes prior to bed time and sleep like a baby. I do wake with a dry mouth but that goes away after awhile and is worth it to get a good night sleep.
