Best shears you can buy!
These hedge shears are excellent! I bought and used these shears to cut down our ornamental grasses as part of spring cleanup. The blades are sharp and steel coated so they really slice through things. Both the blades and handles are long, making this an excellent choice for larger shrubbery and grasses. These shears have ergonomic grips that allow you to control where you are trimming without them slipping. The grips are also very comfortable, and attractive in the signature Stanley black and yellow colors. I highly recommend these for all your gardening projects!

Poor quality - don't buy
The black 'button' that locks the extending handle in place broke off. The handle just slides up and down rendering the tool very difficult and dangerous to use. I have used the tool around my house about 10-12 times.
