ASR Tactical Sleeved Spectra Utility Cord is rated with a 325lbs tensile strength and a breaking strength of 200lbs. It is constructed of a Spectra base with a polyester braided outer sleeve for UV and abrasion resistance.
Spectra rope is a ultra high molecular weight polyethylene which means thermoplastic polyethylene. This thermoplastic has the highest impact strength presently made and available for consumer applications.
Great for sports and outdoors applications; often used for specialty sport fishing line use.
Weighing in at less than an ounce per 25", this cord is perfect for survival kits, bug out bags, or outdoor recreation.
