allows me to fall asleep quickly

I have noticed a decrease in the amount of time it takes me to fall asleep when i use this product. I usually struggle to fall asleep and lay in bed for 30-60 minutes trying to fall asleep. When i take Natural Dreams about 30 minutes before its time to go to sleep, i have noticed i do not toss and turn nearly as much before i fall asleep. Would definitely recommend this product for people who have trouble falling asleep in a timely manner.

Great sleep aid

I have had trouble falling asleep in the past, it can take me anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to fall asleep. The first week I took this product I was falling asleep sooner and waking up more refreshed the next morning.
