Right off the bat, I will say that these are some of the most comfortable swim trunk I've worn. The lining, instead of a mesh netting, is made of a light spandex-like material, which feels like wearing underwear. I felt a bit odd at first because even swimming in a pool ... it felt as if I were swimming in regular shorts. The 'underwear' layer takes some getting used to when swimming. Overall, these are easily the most comfortable swimsuit I own. The fit isn't quite as attractive as I'd like ... but these seem well made. I like walking in them and wearing them around town when at the shore would be easy. You could absolutely do much worse for the price. There aren't many other styles I'd care to wear ... but, I would buy another pair of these for a beach trip. They are far from perfect but in the end, comfort wins out in my rating.
