My husband has a very rare condition which causes extreme pain and swelling in his sinuses. He's able to take care of himself using the Neilmed solution and gentle irrigation system which keeps his disease under control.

My favorite rinse. The packets fit perfectly inside the bottle and the set lasts until I need to replace the bottle. I recommend this. I don't know why Walmart doesn't keep it on my local shelves
