Great customer service.

I purchased this walking treadmill in march. I love it and use it everyday for hours. Last week I started to notice a lag in the motor. I contacted the company and they helped me troubleshoot. Once it was determined that the unit could not be fixed they sent me a new one. As long as this one lasts I will be very happy with this product. The customer service was top notch. They never gave me a hard time about the product not working properly. You just have to work with them and be patient.

Excellent walking pad! Glad I made this purchase. I walk here and there during my work day and since getting this easily can do 10 miles a day. The speeds it has are perfect for someone who just wants to walk! Only down side- no pause button. I wish you could pause your session instead of start and stop it. Otherwise, great item!

Love this little treadmill!!

Great price. Perfect size for hiding under a bed or out of the way but big enough for 5’9” person to stride normally. Little weird at first with nothing to hold onto like regular treadmills when the belt starts but it starts really slow so you get used to it. Easy to just put it near a couch or wall to hold onto if needed. Really nice, sleek little treadmill. The Internet says one only needs to exercise 15 minutes a day to see some kind of health benefit so a quick walk and a shove back under the couch and I’m done lol. Not having a giant ugly regular treadmill in my living room is also good for my psychological health.
