I bought this for my curly hair, but what prompted me to leave the review was how well it worked on my daughter's straight hair. She had left her hair in a half ponytail for DAYS. I went to brush it and it was a dreadloc. What normally would have been minimum 30 minutes of misery for us both was less than three minutes of brushing. The knots just slid out.
