Works great
I got these for my husband because he struggled to fall asleep and ever since he started taking one before bed, it's been a life changer, he always takes it an hour before bed and never skips a dose. I love it's something natural and he doesn't have to take something stronger.

now for me atleast, melatonin 1mg is more of a signal telling your body its bedtime but this actually knocked me out it works and also super easy to swallow since its tiny ive also realized I have dreams which I usually dont get and its a good price and theres a lot in there
