having muscular disease that causes me lot of discomfort during flare up. i have never found anything over counter that even toned my pain level down. depending on my pain level it works from immediately up to half hour and all my pain is gone! this is honestly the best for muscular pain i don't see any results taking it as vitamin. i use the foam and spray! the foam def last me. it may seem expensive but when your in pain to have something that works it not. i would try if you have muscular pain with no results from anything over counter. it ingredient is magnesium. i haven't gotten any side effects from this product

It DOES help… but I am in need of a knee replacement and cannot have it until March due to being on a blood thinner from a heart procedure and cannot take a break from that until March. My muscles hurt badly below, around and above my knee and the back of my thigh. This stuff works… only I need it frequently. The pump gets sticky and does not pump as well… that is disappointing … other than that… it does give temporary relief. I have bought it 3 times and will continue to use it.

if you have muscle pain or spasms, this is a good treatment. we use it topically on almost every area that has muscle pain before in areas prone to pain to preventor lessen, areas that are sore and when in pain right away. ps taken with oral magnesium glycinate seems to extend relief
