having muscular disease that causes me lot of discomfort during flare up. i have never found anything over counter that even toned my pain level down. depending on my pain level it works from immediately up to half hour and all my pain is gone! this is honestly the best for muscular pain i don't see any results taking it as vitamin. i use the foam and spray! the foam def last me. it may seem expensive but when your in pain to have something that works it not. i would try if you have muscular pain with no results from anything over counter. it ingredient is magnesium. i haven't gotten any side effects from this product

Amazing relief for cramps and muscle spasms

I have limes disease and have had Rocky Mountain spotted fever also and when I have flareups, this product is a game changer. It absolutely works. It goes on easy. The foam is quick drying, and it gets to work quickly. It relieves the pain of cramps and spasms in my legsand feet within minutes it starts working. I absolutely would not be without this product. I highly recommend it.

I found out about this through a friend. I was very skeptical that it could actually work and if it did work, it probably would only be minor relief. I was wrong. This stuff is the Bomb- Diggity.!It actually works and it works fantastic! I would tell anyone who has problems with circulation, cramps, folks who bike or hike a lot - Use it.
