These pants are wide, I sized down to a 1x, I'm 4'11, and these hit right to my ankle, the material is spandex/poly/cotton blend. washed up soft, really comfortable. They are flowy and have no wrinkles after drying. The waist band is thick, I like that, and it stays up, no rolling. I recommend these for any time.
