Parts arrived damaged

Bed arrived delayed. The ladder is dented straight from the box. The desk board is cracked and warped in the middle bit is unusable as it is and will have to be replaced. Bed feels wobbly already. Also, when I bought this item, it had plenty of reviews. Now the reviews are gone, which seems sketchy.
