L'Oreal Paris Colorista Hair Color Remover

I have been an unnatural platinum blonde for most of my life and recently decided to go purple with manic panic. Once it started to fade, it was a patchy mess. My beautiful purple turned into an ugly, embarrassing mess. I tried dandruff shampoo, clarifying shampoo, dawn dish soap, soaking in an epsom salt bath and a hot oil treatment and not a single thing worked. I read all the reviews on this product, good and bad, and honestly had nothing to lose so off to Walmart I went. I put it on, waited 30 minutes and voila, i was back to blonde. I will say that I do have some complaints though. For one, there is not enough product in one bottle if you are trying to use it on your whole head. I barely had enough for my patches. So if you are trying to remove a lot of color, buy three boxes minimum. Also, the product is extremely drying to your hair, so be sure to stock up on a deep conditioner. Overall, I definitely would recommend trying this product out before wasting your time on all the other home remedies that you will find on pinterest and youtube. I am extremely happy I used this product.

I bought this tonight's to try to remove blue semi permanent ion colors from my hair. It works great. The color it removed almost brought me back to the platinum my hair was before I colored it. I had to take away one star because I wish there was more in the bottle. It was also a little difdicult for me to see if I had coated my hair evenly like I have been able to with other color removers. I still have a few spots of blue in my hair that look like something was spilled on my head beause of that. However I love the product and planning on buying but it again to remove the rest of the remaining color.
