it fits my Amanda refrigerator it takes whirlpool filter model EDR1RXD1 my refrigerator is a 2014 model. the water taste? there is a very slate taste different not munch between waterdrop filter and whirlpool filter But it's fine. I wish this company would have made this filter in 2014. in 2014 whirlpool wanted $20.00 for a water filter now whirlpool wants $57.00 for a water filter, and you have to replace it 2 times a year. WOW! yes, I would buy this again. water drops save me $89.00 from whirlpool water filters.
