Great wireless surround sound system!

Don't quite understand the other (one star) review here. My experience with the ordering, delivery, setup and enjoyment of this system has been outstanding. I'm an audiophile with a pretty decent ear and appreciation of high fidelity. This system set up as advertised in mere minutes, immediately was recognized by the WISA control center (after downloading the app and updating the firmware ) and sounds really great. Is it the most high end audio system I have heard? No, but it outputs a very wide and satisfying frequency response, is not harsh and goes VERY loud. Perhaps my biggest fear was the lack of tone controls in the app. No worries-- the sound is well balanced for long periods of listening, and the speaker level controls are quite adequate in dialing in the best balance for your room. I love pushing music through it also. Most reviewers recommend boosting the subwoofer level and I agree that is important for balancing the system. Is it the deepest, boomiest sub out there? No-- but trust me that the lows will be adequate, and, yes, room vibrating when called for. All in all this was a risk since there is nowhere to preview this system, but it was a risk that paid off and I am really satisfied. My one question to customer support, created through a support ticket in the app, was literally answered within 10 minutes! There are excellent mounting options and I have been able to implement this in my viewing area with minimal wiring and placement. Go for it!

The convivence of wireless with poor sound quality

I just do not believe all of the "raving reviews" on how great this system is. I have a suspicion most of the youtubers were paid to talk about this product. The sound quality is very poor for a system this expensive and it's underpowered. The $299 Samsung out of the box system with wireless rear speakers we've owned for years literally sounds better than this $1,500 "home pro". It is fitting that people call this a "sound bar killer" because it doesn't compare to most reputable home theater systems in sound. The system sounds and feels weak like there are low wattage drivers pushing the speakers. You don't get any real deep bass tones (which creates the theater feel). I purchased a second subwoofer and that didn't improve the sound any, even with the subwoofers turned all the way up. We tried blue ray disc, action movies, and streaming music; I've concluded this system is just subpar. The only reason you'd buy it is because it's wireless. We have three entry ways into our living room so it's hard to run speaker wires without a solid wall to run them along; a wireless system just made sense. Oh if only Sony or one of the other players known for great sound made wireless systems. We bought a $500 Yamaha YHT-5960U Home Theater System for the bedroom that literally sounds 10 times better than this one. We had to turn the single subwoofer on the Yamaha down below half way because it hits that hard and the Enclave can't even achieve decent sound with two huge subwoofers. Buy this for convenience, don't expect to be wowed by how it sounds.
