First they are Fiskars. Quality tools

Super sharp and well made. As to the telescoping part....I can see down the road this is the area where failure will occur. I abuse my Loppers and use them on branches that are bigger than they are intended for. But for 30 bucks I think it's a great deal as they are sure to last me 5 years before I kill them :)

this bypass looper save me a lot of sweat and cut down on the days i would have to had spend cleaning up my yard after hurricane Helena. I would have had to hire someone to cut the, limbs, branches, and roots. The cuts were clean and only took one cut and got the job done
