Simplicity Womens Sun Hat Foldable Straw Sun Visor Dark Blue

Had to send back. Adorable sun hat, made well, a straw bow in the back with velcro to keep hat closed, BUT hat is huge. Have no idea how it fits the girl in the photo. I have an average size head, my head measurement at the top of my eyebrows, above my ears, around my head, measures: 21, 1 /4 inches for you to gauge by. This sun hat fell down to my eyes, with the back velcro attached the only way it can be, I was sad, it's cute. I wear many styles of hats, my head measurement is not small, it's average. Really wanted this to fit, tried to figure out a way to maybe sew or attach more velcro at the back but then that would make the straw bow in the back off center the original velcro is attached to. Maybe the makers are not consistent with the size of this, again the girl in the photo does not look to have a huge head. Two stars for being made well and cute, BUT does NOT matter if it cannot be worn, there is no way to adjust the fit. Good luck if you buy it, hope it fits you!

Way to big for my head. I had to sew another velcro strip in to make it tighter. It is great to shield from the sun but do not wear it on a windy day!
