Noticeable difference in hair and nails!
I've been taking KAL Biotin for a few weeks now, and I'm honestly impressed. My nails feel stronger and less brittle, and I've noticed less hair shedding, especially when brushing or washing. The tablets are easy to take and don't upset my stomach. I also appreciate that it's a clean supplement without unnecessary fillers. If you're looking to support healthy hair, skin, and nails, this is definitely a solid choice.
