Still waiting for muscles but it's good

I bought these for my husband because he said he wanted to start building muscle. I gave them to him and he gave me the glare. So, while I'm still waiting to see any muscles they may create, he says they taste good. So there is that. (Pretty sure he needs to do more than just sip these to build those muscles. IYKYK)

My go to meal replacement! Taste is pleasant, consistency similar to chocolate milk. It doesn't exactly taste like chocolate milk but is still easy to drink-especially when it's super cold! Filling and sticks with me. Wish I could say I use it after exercising. Ha ha I may not be building muscle, but hopefully I'm just preventing muscle loss.

Wow, my nurse had recommended insure and a couple others and I said I won't even drink them in the hospital. Then she asked if I liked chocolate milk, I said yes and she told me this tastes like chocolate milk. I tried a four pack tried one after it got chilled and honestly it DOES taste like chocolate milk!!! I bought 12 more so I don't run out, I'm also going to try the Strawberry and maybe the Vanilla!! Very well worth the money. If I go in the hospital again I will ask to bring in my own Muscle Milk!!!!! Try it, you'll like it!
