Baking Instructions: Oven: 1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2 Remove one ultra thin pizza crust from the package. 3 Top with your favorite pizza sauce & toppings. 4 Bake 8-12 min directly on center oven rack. 5 Cool 1-2 min on wire rack to retain maximum crispiness. Gas Grill: 1 Preheat grill for 10-15 min (If using pizza stone. Preheat pizza stone in grill for 10-15 min). 2 Remove one ultra thin pizza crust from the package & assemble the pizza. 3 Turn on grill to lowest setting or off (Turn grill to low). 4 Put the pizza on the rack (or pizza stone) & close lid. 5 Bake time 8-10 min. Check occasionally (Bake time 2-3 min. Watch carefully.) Remove and discard the freshness pack. Once opened, unused crust may be stored refrigerated for 3 - 5 days in resealed package or in your freezer for up to 30 days. Lift and pull apart. Press to reseal.
