Shipping was fast it was neatly packaged, not in an oversized box. Right to my door step. Firstly it's smooth not sticky or tacky with a pleasant smell, not over powering. It leaves my flyaways smooth to the touch and mends my split ends. I did not realize this product had glitter in it, however it isn't so bad that I would have to give it to my niece, she's 10. I will definitely be using this on a daily basis.
