Forno Stands Behind Their Products

I am incredibly impressed with both Forno's customer service and their commitment to standing behind their products. I recently reached out regarding damage to the exterior door panel of my Forno dishwasher. Although the unit did not arrive damaged, Monica from the customer service team went above and beyond by arranging a replacement door as a one-time courtesy. She was kind, responsive, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. It's rare these days to find a company willing to help a customer in this way, and I truly appreciate the generosity and support Forno provided. The dishwasher itself is beautiful and has been a great addition to our home, but this experience with customer service has made me an even bigger fan of the brand. A special thank you to Monica for her outstanding assistance. Excellent customer service like this deserves recognition. Highly recommended!

Great and Fast Service.

This dishwasher is not working after the hookup is completed. I called Southeast Steele, who told me to call Nicholson Appliance Services, they told me to call FERNO and they will dispatch a work order to them. My Southeast Steele invoice Order #: 203443. The dishwasher problem is the top came sunken that prevent the top tray from pulling out, both side of the door comes with damages and only the first light is displayed then shutoff. I do not recall these damages on the floor in the first place.

Wow fast personal customer support :-)

We had ordered our beautiful Forno dishwasher on two sites but they were canceled for some reason. After hours I left a message in there customer support chat section. We were so surprised when the next week we got a direct phone call from a company rep who apologized for the mistake. We were even more surprised that our dishwasher arrived within one week to our home in Cranbrook BC. I installed it with its very easy install instructions; and we are so impressed how quiet and amazing it is. I went from being initially unsure to a now committed Forno customer! :-)
