Wrong description for this tire.

The product description for this tire indicates that this tire is 10ply tire. The tire shop refused to mount and balance this tire on by truck. The tire shop said this tire in under rated for my truck. the tire shop said that I need a 10 ply tire. The tires I received are only 6 ply for a light truck. So I'm returning the tires.
