Effective from the first use

As someone that's lactose intolerant, dairy heavy or dairy forward foods can cause me a lot of stomach pain. My husband convinced me to try lactaid and it literally worked from the first use! It's easy to take with whatever I have t drink along with my food, and they come in easy packaging to keep in my purse or in a coffee table drawer at home. It's been a game changer and allows me to eat dairy based foods again!

Works fast!

Lactaid Fast Act Caplets have truly been a lifesaver for me. I can finally enjoy dairy without worrying about discomfort or bloating afterward. They work quickly, which is perfect when I'm eating out or having something creamy or cheesy on the go. Eat dairy again!

This product has changed my husband's life. He was skipping all the dairy and now he just pops one of these and is good to go. No stomach issues to regret later. He did say there is a small amount of aftertaste but does not compare with being able to enjoy dairy again.
