Standing and walking for longer than 15 min due to bulging discomfort and severe nerve pain) ive been using this product for over a week now awaiting my surgery and it keeps my hernia depressed and i have zero discomfort and no nerve pain while wearing it. Definitely reccomend this for an ingual hernia
