When I go out to important events or wear thicker clothes, I apply this the night before or when I get out of the shower. My underarms stay dry for DAYS! or until I shower again. I bounce from this and my aluminum free aerosol deodorant spray. The cucumber one smells fresh ands good too! Recommend this to anyone getting nervous sweat or just want their underarms to be one less thing to worry about.
