Flora's Enzyme Blend combines 7 enzymes including lactase, which breaks down lactose and supports the relief of discomforts associated with lactose intolerance, plus protease to aid in the digestion of proteins. In addition, this complete blend contains the enzymes required to break down milk sugar and complex sugars. Effective
This works well for my mom but I think probiotics work differently for everyone. It takes at least 2 to 3 weeks to notice whether it's working (less bloating, better digestions, improved bowel movement etc..)

Excellent!
all flora is of high quality. the mixture of enzymes is great for digestion, that is, bowel health, and makes my intestines and stomach easier, but especially for me, because I have a weak jaw, but I love protein and raw vegetables. I like brown glass packaging.

all of flora is high quality. the enzyme blend is great for digestion aka gut health and eases my intestines and stomach, but especially for me bc I have a weak jaw yet enjoy protein and raw vegetables. I love the brown glass packaging.
