i started a return because when we opened it the arm rests and legs were missing and then after reading reviews here so many others were missing those parts to but i decided to look on another site and saw that those missing parts are actually in the zipper part of back of the chair so we unboxed it again and yes that is exactly where those parts are so we are very happy now with these chairs

I like this chair, it is comfy and for me the arms are a perfect height. It swivels nicely, has nice support for my back and the arms lift up out of the way when needed. The reason for only 3 stars is that I can't use the foot bar because it is too far back towards the center column of the chair so I have to hop into the chair and use the arms to get seated properly. The wheels were pretty flimsy so my brother replaced them with sturdier wheels from a different chair. The fabric pills very quickly, I have to use a fabric shaver every week on the arms. i have a cover on the seat and back so they don't seem to pill so much. All in All, it is an affordable chair and if you are taller than 5ft 6 its a good buy. Since it is a taller drafting type chair it doesn't lower far enough to be easy to get into if you need it normal height. I bought it because my brother bought me a drafting table but since I can't use the bar around it to step up I have to use a step stool to get into it. so that didn't work.
