I bought a $200 chair massager a year ago and it broke and it wasn't this good. granite you have to move this one around a little bit but it's still gets better spots than the chair massager. nice quality material. it has heat and multi-level fast speeds and you can reverse the movement. also has a plug for the car which is really nice. I highly recommend. works great so far

It worths every penny!
This massager is awesome because its rotating massage nodes really work out the tension in my neck and shoulders, and the optional heat setting makes it feel like a real spa treatment at home. I love that I can also use it on my lower back after sitting at a desk all day—it's strong enough to relieve tight muscles but not uncomfortable.

It does a good job because my back felt bruised a little, a day or 2 after lol. But to me that's good because it means it's digging into the muscles. Works best if you use it sitting on a chair or couch with the massager kind of pushing into your neck or back.
