This is a cute bookshelf. My son is going to put his Lego creations on the shelves and use the drawer for storage. As for putting together, the instruction manual is great, very step by step and easy to understand. I put it together by myself in an hour and a half. It even includes parts and instructions to mount to different wall types. Only thing that would've been nice was some spare parts just cause one of my screws was stripped but we made it work.
